Lauren Warliga

Lauren Warliga, CPOSP, is an experienced instructional designer and educator with a comprehensive background spanning various roles in educational settings and nonprofit organizations. Since November 2015, Lauren has excelled as an instructional designer at Long Way Home Adoptables, creating the organization’s first e-learning course with a perfect satisfaction rating and training over 50 volunteers. Prior experience includes serving as a virtual instructor and teacher mentor at Edmentum, where Lauren provided curriculum support to students and onboarded new educators, alongside participating in leadership development programs. Additional roles encompass program management at Aviation ISAC, customer success leadership at BrainCo Inc, and a diverse teaching background in virtual schools. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Business Teacher Education and is recognized for successfully implementing innovative educational solutions and enhancing student engagement.
