John Underwood

John Underwood has worked in the business and operations fields for over 20 years. John began their career in 1999 as a Distribution Manager for SubmitOrder. In 2001, they joined Advance Auto Parts as a Project Process Engineer. John was later promoted to PDQ Operations Field Manager, where they were responsible for operations in 21 free standing PDQ facilities and worked to improve operational efficiency within the network. John was then promoted again to Assistant General Manager, where they directed activities for shipping, receiving, reclamation, order selection and PDQ operations across multiple shifts in a 565k-square-foot distribution facility. In 2019, they joined Longbow Advantage as a Senior Business Analyst.

John Underwood attended Franklin University from 1987 to 1988, majoring in Process Management. John also attended the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College from 1986 to 1987.
