Scott Walden

Scott Walden is an experienced professional in training and employee development, currently serving as the Owner of WALDEN Learning & Employee Development LLC and as a Senior Training Specialist at Longenecker & Associates, Inc. Previously, Scott held key positions such as Associate Director for Talent Development at Parallax Advanced Research, where support was provided for the Department of the Air Force, and Training Management Systems Analyst with Mission Consulting & Services LLC, contributing to the Veterans Administration. With additional experience in HR program delivery at Entergy, training and development at Quest Management Group, and various roles in higher education and corporate training, Scott has a strong background in creating and managing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and implementing effective learning strategies. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
