Nolan T. began their work experience in 2012 as a Real Estate Investment Intern at Point Capital Partners. In 2013, they joined Wells Fargo as a Financial Analyst Program intern, assisting in underwriting major property types. Nolan continued at Wells Fargo in 2014 as a Financial Analyst, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriting & Origination. In 2016, Nolan joined AEW as an Investment Analyst and later advanced to Assistant Vice President. In 2019, they transitioned to Longfellow Real Estate Partners as an Investment Associate and was promoted to Associate Director, Investments in 2020.
