Caitlin Crommett is a Certified Flight Instructor and Instrument-Rated Commercial Pilot currently training at United Aviate Academy. As the Founder and President of DreamCatchers Foundation, Caitlin empowers younger and older generations to fulfill the end-of-life dreams of hospice patients. In addition, Caitlin serves as a speaker, author, and coach, sharing insights through the acclaimed work "How to Attract Millennials to Your Company" and the motivational talk "DreamCatching: What the Dying Can Teach Us About Living." Caitlin also holds the position of Director of Marketing and Recruitment at Longwood Management Corporation, focusing on staff recruitment strategies for skilled nursing facilities. An accomplished filmmaker, Caitlin has produced various short films and served as a multimedia producer for the South Bend Tribune. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Gerontology at the University of Southern California.
