Michael Ciampa is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in event catering and kitchen management. Currently serving as a Sous Chef and Lead Line Cook at Longwood Venues & Destinations since April 2017, Michael Ciampa plays a crucial role in the preparation and service of catered events. Prior experience includes managing the snack bar at Dedham Country & Polo Club from June 2009 to September 2016, overseeing scheduling, kitchen management, sanitation, and inventory while also developing weekly specials.
