Julia also has a background in teaching yoga, and earlier research roles at the University of Oregon focused on molecular mechanisms and therapeutic potentials related to myotonic dystrophy. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Biology from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Oregon.
