Katja Fleischer

Katja Fleischer currently serves as Vice President and Head of Tax at Lonza since April 2019, and has been a Member of the Board and Investment Committee for Pensionskasse der Lonza since January 2023. Previously, Katja held the position of Tax Partner at EY from December 2015 to March 2019, specializing in international tax and transfer pricing for large Swiss multinationals. Prior to EY, Katja was Vice President of Corporate Tax at Tetra Laval from July 2012 to August 2015 and held various tax-related roles within Tetra Pak from October 2000 to June 2012, focusing on corporate taxes and transfer pricing. Katja's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Formation Universitaire à Distance and a Master of Advanced Studies in International and Swiss Taxation from Université de Neuchâtel, along with an earlier degree from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
