Núria Medrano Bosch

Núria Medrano Bosch has worked in the food industry since 2013. From 2013-2015 they were a Purchase Technician for Selenta Group. From 2015-2016 they were a Quality Technician for Grup Cano. From 2016-2017 they were a Plant Quality Manager and Production and Quality Manager for MARBYS logical food process s.l. Finally, since 2022 they have been a Food Safety and Quality Manager for NOVAMEAT. During their time at Grup Cano, they were responsible for documentation management of product quality, implementation and updating of HACCP System and Prerequisites, and management of the food safety system. At MARBYS logical food process s.l., they were responsible for supervising production plans, guaranteeing food safety through the implementation of quality management systems, and leading teams from different departments. During their time at Laboratorios Ordesa, S.L., they were responsible for HACCP elaboration and revision, and redaction of a procedure about supplier evaluation.

Núria Medrano Bosch obtained a Food technologist degree from Universitat de Barcelona in 2014. Núria then pursued a Master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from EADA Business School in 2020-2021. Currently, they are enrolled in a Experto Profesional en Calidad Industrial y Procesos Farmacéuticos program at CESIF.
