Marco Misurelli

Marco Misurelli is an experienced professional in project management and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management and Compliance in QC at Lonza, Marco Misurelli leads a central team focused on enhancing efficiency, compliance, and safety in Quality Control, managing the QC Risk Management Team, and representing QC during audits. Previously, at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Marco Misurelli held roles including Operational Excellence Director and Senior Expert Global Operational Excellence, where responsibilities included driving site performance and managing process improvements on a global scale. Marco Misurelli's earlier experience at Avery Dennison and Janssen Cilag involved leading process improvement initiatives and managing engineering and production teams.
