Pablo San Miguel's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Pablo started as an Investment Analyst at Enisa con el emprendimiento innovador from November 2013 to October 2014. Then, they worked as a Chef De Cuisine at Mar Restaurant from September 2015 to October 2016, and as a Cook Assistant from February to September 2015. Additionally, they served as a Front Desk Agent at Skuggi Hotel from February to October 2017.

In 2018, Pablo joined TTEC where they held multiple positions. Pablo started as a Customer Service Representative for the Booking.com campaign from May to September 2018. Then, they became a Team Leader for the same campaign from September 2018 to April 2019, providing weekly coaching and support to the team. Lastly, they served as Manager of Operations - Customer Support from April 2019 to September 2022, overseeing the Booking.com campaign and successfully implementing a ramp-up plan from 120 to 400 employees.

Currently, Pablo is working at Lookiero as the Head of Customer Support, a role they started in September 2022.
