Abrar Mohd has a diverse work experience in the technical support field. Abrar started their career in 2006 at [24]7.ai as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided on-call support to address technical issues raised by clients. In addition, they ensured adherence to process and SLAs, while also creating knowledge bases and conducting training sessions for colleagues. In 2010, they joined Pyro Group as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and took on responsibilities such as incident and problem management, change management, and mentoring the support team. Abrar then moved on to Lookout in 2014, where they held various roles including Senior Support Engineer, Technical Team Lead, Associate Manager, and most recently, Technical Support Manager. In these roles, they displayed expertise in driving shifts, managing support teams, preparing operational reports, monitoring SLAs, and developing and implementing support processes for smooth service availability. Abrar's experience spans across different organizations, demonstrating their adaptability and skill set in the technical support field.
Abrar Mohd completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Osmania University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended St Marks Boys Town High School from 1990 to 1995.
