Allen Au has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on quality engineering and assurance. Allen started their career at Symbol Technologies as a Senior Network Test Engineer, where they contributed to network testing activities. Allen then moved to Cisco and worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, specializing in developing network performance tools and automating test cases. Currently, Allen is working at Lookout as the Senior Manager Quality Engineering. In this role, they manage multiple quality engineering teams across different locations and is responsible for developing infrastructure systems, implementing process efficiencies, and eliminating bottlenecks. Allen also has experience in managing strategic partnerships and driving quality engineering practices. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills.

Allen Au holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of data science, including "Python Programming with Data Science" and "Intermediate SQL" from General Assembly San Francisco. Allen has also completed a part-time program in Data Science from the same institution.
