Susan Rachal

Susan Rachal has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Susan most recently worked at Lookout as a Sales Enablement Program Manager, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, Susan spent several years at IBM, holding various roles including Global Program Manager - Systems from July 2019 to January 2021 and Global Sales Enablement & Education - Storage from November 2013 to July 2019. Susan also served as the Global Channel Program Manager - FlashSystem from January 2013 to October 2013. Before joining IBM, Susan worked at Texas Memory Systems, which was later acquired by IBM, as a Channel Program Leader from February 2012 to December 2012. Susan gained valuable experience in sales and business development at StormGeo (formerly ImpactWeather) from 2010 to 2012. Susan also worked at Arbonne International LLC as an Area Manager & Independent Sales from 2005 to 2009. Their earliest work experience was at Symantec, where they served as an Enterprise Account Representative from 1990 to 1995.
