Emma Bartlett has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Violin Instructor at Duxbury High School. Emma then worked as a Summer Volleyball Camp Coach at Tufts University Athletics in 2017 and 2018. In 2018, they were a Watershed Science Intern at the Charles River Watershed Association, where they took water samples, collaborated on research, and led volunteers. In 2018, they also served as a Teaching Assistant at Brandeis University, assisting in lectures, managing course pages, and providing student support. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Duxbury Public Schools as a Human Resources & Payroll Assistant and Receptionist, where they handled payroll, organized employee records, and digitized files. In 2019, they had an internship as a Research Analyst at Bluefield Research, where they compiled a database and created reports on water utilities. Since 2020, they have been working at Loomis, Sayles & Company, initially as an Investment Operations Analyst, then as a Portfolio Administrator, and currently as a Senior Portfolio Administrator.

Emma Bartlett attended Brandeis University from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Economics, with a minor in Hispanic Studies. In 2019, they participated in the Study in Granada - Semester Study Abroad Program through IES Abroad. Prior to that, Emma completed their primary and secondary education at Duxbury Public Schools from 2012 to 2016.
