Lauren Hynes has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren began their career as a Student-Athlete at Boston University from September 2012 to May 2016. During this time, they honed their skills and developed a strong work ethic.

In 2014, Lauren joined the Boston Red Sox as a Ball Girl, a role they held until September 2022. This experience allowed their to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

In August 2016, Lauren served as a Staff Assistant at Harvard University for a brief period of three months. Lauren demonstrated their exceptional organizational and administrative skills during this time.

Lauren then transitioned to Loomis, Sayles & Company, where they worked in various roles. From December 2016 to August 2019, they served as a Marketing Associate, contributing to the company's marketing efforts. Lauren then took on the role of Marketing Analyst from August 2019 until their departure in September 2022. In 2021, Lauren joined Winter Hill Brewing as a Bartender/Server, gaining experience in the hospitality industry. Lauren completed their tenure in September 2022.

Currently, Lauren works as a Ball Girl for the San Diego Padres, starting in February 2023. Lauren'spast experiences have prepared their to excel in this role, leveraging their previous experience as a Ball Girl for the Boston Red Sox and their skills in sports and event management.

Additionally, during their time at Boston University, Lauren also obtained a minor in Deaf Studies.
