Manager, Institutional Account Onboarding at Loomis Sayles

Shannon Ossman Mangano has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Shannon began their career at Putnam Investments as a Golden Scale Representative and Investor Services Broker Operations Representative. After that, they worked at Liberty Funds Distributors as a Qualified Plan Sales Specialist/Assistant and Retirement Specialist.

From 1999 to 2000, Shannon worked as a Retirement Consultant in the Premiere Retirement Sales Group at National Financial, Fidelity Investments. Shannon then took on the role of Interim-Manager in the same group for a year.

In 2001, Shannon became the Manager of New Business Development at National Financial, where they acted as the main point of contact for field sales associates and coordinated conversions for new clients. Shannon also managed RFP/RFI requests and facilitated prospect meetings.

From 2002 to 2004, Shannon worked as a Client Trainer for Correspondent Product & Conversion Training at National Financial, Fidelity Investments. Shannon helped onboard new broker/dealer clients and worked with various departments to ensure a smooth transition.

Shannon joined Fidelity Investments in 2004 as a Senior Sales Trader at RIA Trading, Fidelity Capital Market Services. Shannon then moved to a Sales & Account Management role at Fidelity Investments from 2005 to 2009. In this position, they provided sales expertise and education on hedging and monetization products and identified new business opportunities. Shannon also collaborated closely with Relationship Management and Private Wealth Account Managers.

In 2011, Shannon joined Endeavour Investment Partners as a Vice President before moving to Loomis, Sayles & Company in 2012. At Loomis, Sayles & Company, they held the role of Vice President, Senior Client Intake Specialist until 2018. In this position, Shannon centralized and coordinated the onboarding process for institutional new accounts and introduced new clients to the firm.

Following that, Shannon took on the role of Manager, Institutional Account Onboarding at Loomis, Sayles & Company. Shannon provided ongoing account support and regulatory monitoring.

Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated proficiency in account management, sales, training, and client onboarding in the financial services industry.

Shannon Ossman Mangano holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Series 7 License from FINRA in April 2000.
