Vivek Garg, CFA has a strong background in portfolio management and investment strategies. From 2013 onwards, they worked at Loomis, Sayles & Company as a Portfolio Manager & Vice President, successfully managing several quantitative strategies for a $12B multi-asset portfolio. These strategies included thematic focuses such as income, technology & innovation, real estate, and ESG, as well as regional focuses on US Large Cap, Europe Large Cap, and Asia Pacific ex Japan.

Prior to this role, at New York Life Investments from 2008 to 2013, Vivek was a Vice President and part of the core investment team, overseeing over $15B in global long-only and long/short equity strategies. Additionally, they developed a systematic approach to incorporate macro and fundamental research into the quantitative model.

Earlier in their career, Vivek worked at Intel Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer from 2001 to 2006, demonstrating their technical expertise in software development.

Vivek Garg, CFA, holds an MBA with a concentration in Investment Finance and Strategy from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Vivek also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Additionally, they are a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the CFA Institute.
