Kelly Salmon

Kelly Salmon has a long and varied work experience. Kelly began their career in 1995 as a Project Manager at Value Pharmacy Inc., where they planned, executed, and monitored IT training programs for registered nurses. In 1998, they moved to Iron Mountain Digital as the Manager of Employee Communication, where they created and managed an internal communications program for 1000+ global software division employees. In 2012, they became an Expert at Apple, where they blended their enthusiasm for interacting with customers with their technological background to lead the sales team in creating and maintaining exceptional customer experiences. In 2014, they joined BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. as the Manager of Internal Communication Programs, where they spearhead an internal executive communications program and maintained intranet message boards on SharePoint. In 2017, they moved to Bose as the Manager of Digital Internal Communications, where they developed and maintained the digital internal communications strategy and the technology road map. In 2018, they joined Alyce as the Director of Gift Operations and Operations Project Manager, where they worked to achieve thoughtful and hand-selected gifts at scale using Alyce's AI-enhanced B2B gifting platform. Finally, in 2022, Kelly Salmon joined Loop & Tie as the Director of Supply Chain.

Kelly Salmon has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Framingham State University and a Master's degree in Education from Western Kentucky University. Kelly has also obtained four Coursera Course Certificates, including Project Management Capstone (October 2016), Budgeting and Scheduling Projects (August 2016), Managing Project Risks and Changes (August 2016), and Initiating and Planning Projects (July 2016).
