James Cerna

James Cerna has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James currently serves as the Head of Capital Markets at Loop Media, Inc., a leading provider of video streaming services. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Loop Media, Inc.

Between 2017 and 2020, James was the Chief Executive Officer at FogChain, Inc., a company focused on the development of software solutions. From 2014 to 2017, they held the roles of CEO and CFO at Sauce Labs, a provider of automation cloud for testing web and mobile applications.

James also has experience in the oil and gas industry. James served as the President of Armada Oil, Inc. in 2013 and as the CEO of the same company from 2011 to 2013. James was responsible for growing the company's reserves and net asset value through the acquisition and enhancement of producing properties.
