Looper Insights is a fast growing scale up in the Video on Demand (VoD) industry focused on providing data and insights across Connected TV (CTV) and web stores. Our B2B SaaS analytics has been licensed by many of the big Global streamers and Hollywood studios in the last 18 months. We are about to go after a new untapped market.

Our product is an innovative and unique SaaS analytics solution, presenting data captured by our own hardware and software. We analyse product positioning for any app, content and streaming service shown in the digital User Interface (UI) of connected devices. 

Clients need visibility of their products to create promotions that drive their sales, views, customer acquisition and help reduce customer churn in the hyper competitive world of streaming services. We are the first mover in this new category.

We have established data labs in 21 countries to collect data and analyse insights on Film and TV placement. We provide data for marketers to get full visibility on the correlation between promotions, sales spikes, ROI on promotions and insights they can use to plan strategies and tactics which improve their overall ROI. Our clients include VoD stores, Film/TV Studios and Broadcasters.

The role

As a Strategic AE, you will be in charge of expanding enterprise-sized customers across multiple territories and departments. Typical cross-sells will range from $50k to $500k in ARR, involving multiple stakeholders, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and sales to executives and CXOs. You will report to the VP of Marketing/Sales with a dotted line to the Chief Customer Officer, as the role demands a particularly close eye on the intricacies of existing customer relationships

In this role, you will:

  • Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts

  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close

  • Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns

  • Champion, role model, and embed Looper Insights’ cultural principles

  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

  • Previous experience working in sales for an enterprise SaaS business

  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions

  • Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships

  • Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting

  • Value based selling approach

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability thriving in a dynamic, fast paced environment

  • Willing and comfortable travelling to meet customers

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Analytics, Marketing)

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, customer facing environment

  • MEDDIC experience

  • Excited about solving new problems in innovative ways

  • Highly collaborative with a growth mindset.

  • Some knowledge of the Digital Entertainment & Media industry
