Håkon Groven

Håkon Groven's work experience starts in 2000 as a Software Developer at Thales Norway AS. Håkon then joined Extend AS in 2005 as a Development Manager until 2007 when they transitioned to Abeo AS as a Software Developer. In 2008, they returned to Extend AS as a Development Manager until 2010.

From 2011 to 2021, Håkon worked at FARA AS, initially as a Product Owner from 2011 to 2015, then as a Development Manager from 2015 to 2017, and later as Vice President of Development from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they also held the role of Vice President of Development & Operations from 2020 to 2021, where they led various departments and teams, covering responsibilities in software development, infrastructure, operations, hardware service, and customer support. Håkon was also a member of the FARA Senior Management Team and the Ticketer Group Leadership Team.

In 2020, Håkon became the Chairman of FARA Polska, a position they held until 2021. Following that, they joined Ticketer Group / FARA in 2021 as the Vice President of Development, leading multiple teams and their development managers in Norway, Finland, and Poland.

Most recently, in 2022, Håkon Groven became the Chief Technology Officer at Loopfront.

Håkon Groven received their Master of Science degree in Software from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1996 and 2000. In 2020, they also participated in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford, where they focused on further developing their leadership skills.
