Aliny Lelis

Aliny Lelis started their work experience in 2013 as an Auxiliar Administrativo Financeiro at RCQ Controle da Qualidade. Aliny then went on to work as an Estágio at Petrobras in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Prestadora de Serviços para Petrobras at Stefanini. In 2018, they joined Looqbox, where they held various roles including Assistente Administrativo, Analista de RH, and currently, People and Culture. Aliny'sresponsibilities at Looqbox included managing the Department of Human Resources, handling the processes of hiring and firing employees, payroll management, benefit coordination, and assisting the finance department with tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and bank reconciliation using platforms like Nexaas, MyFinance, and Billimatic.
