David Schleupner

David Schleupner is the Co-Founder and CTO of Lootcakes, a technology company that specializes in developing mobile games. Prior to Lootcakes, David was the Co-Founder and CTO of WisdomNet, a technology, human capital, and strategy consulting firm. At WisdomNet, David was the chief architect of WisdomNet’s Integrated Talent Management System (I-TMS), a talent management software solution designed to help companies effectively manage their performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.

WisdomNet was acquired by Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Towers Watson) in 2007. David then joined Towers Watson as a Senior Technology Consultant as part of the acquisition of WisdomNet. David's primary focus while at Towers Watson was to oversee the complete migration of WisdomNet's I-TMS software to Towers Watson's Talent|REWARD platform. David also served many roles in the HR Technology group at Towers Watson, including advising on the product development roadmap and performing technical and consulting work on client implementations of Talent|REWARD.
