Chris Yu

Chris Yu has a comprehensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. In 2006, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Martin Manufacturing (UK) Limited, where they established a performance monitoring system and conducted extensive analysis for acquisitions. From 2008 to 2014, they held multiple positions at Eaton - Hydraulics Business, including Plant Controller and Financial & Planning Manager for the APAC region. chris then served as Finance Director for Hella Electronics China from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they became the Plants & SSC Controller at Nexteer Automotive before joining Loparex in 2019 as the Regional Finance Director. Chris Yu is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Huhtamaki since 2022.

Chris Yu completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Shanghai University from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Chris holds a certification from THE ASSOCIATION OF CHARTRED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS (ACCA), although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
