Alberto Sosa Quesada is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lopesan since January 2019, Alberto has focused on process reengineering to enhance agility, automation, and alignment with business strategies. Previously, as an Executive Coach at DESDE Coach & Consulting from May 2016 to January 2019, Alberto specialized in executive development and implemented action plans using emotional intelligence methodologies. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for RIU Hotels & Resorts, managing HR for 12 hotels and over 4,500 employees across Spanish and English-speaking countries. Alberto holds multiple degrees in coaching and human resources from prestigious institutions, including a Master Certificate from Cornell University and postgraduates from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, along with a Bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism from EUHT Sant Pol.
