Barb Bowen

Barb Bowen has more than 30 years in education, and has been a part of the instructional technology team in Lorain City Schools since 2009. Ms. Bowen has also served as a teacher for 19 years, and as an Assistant Principal/Program Coordinator for 3 years. She earned her BA in Education from Ashland College, a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola of Baltimore and her Principal License from Bowling Green. Ms. Bowen is responsible for leading a team in online instruction, maintaining and training on all software related to classroom instruction, is the district leader for PowerSchool, and oversees the registration department.
