Thomas E. Kierce, APR, currently serves as the Director of Business Development & Public Relations at Lord Construction Group since June 2021. Previously, Thomas held the position of Executive Director at the Mechanical Contractors Association of Puerto Rico for over 25 years, advocating for the mechanical construction industry. Additional roles include Business Development Manager at Yates Construction, Executive Director at the Asociación Puertorriqueña del Concreto, and President of CMC - Communication Management Consultants, where Thomas managed public relations and business development for the construction sector. Earlier experience includes Deputy Executive Director at Autoridad De Acueductos Y Alcantarillados De PR and leadership positions in various public relations firms. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Industrial Psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
