Lesley Bodine

Lesley Bodine began their work experience in 1995 as a Sales Director at Mary Kay Cosmetics, where they held a top leadership position and achieved great success in the cosmetics industry. Lesley led their team to the Top 1% of a multi-billion dollar direct sales company and excelled in various areas such as business development coaching, recruiting, mentorship, motivational speaking, training, and business strategy. Lesley also taught the mindset and skill set necessary for a successful business owner, including product presentations, building a client base, marketing, retail sales, and makeup artistry.

In 2022, Lesley joined LORDE + BELLE, where they initially worked as a Field Development Manager and later took on the role of Director of Field Development and Marketing | Affiliate Program in June 2023.

Lesley Bodine achieved a Coaching Certificate from DWSA Coach Excellence School. Additionally, they acquired a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing from Wright State University.
