Ram Kumar Bhanot has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role was as the Director of Global Supplier Quality and Development Engineering at Lordstown Motors Corporation, where they were responsible for leading supplier sourcing, development, and quality operations for the Endurance electric pickup truck. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Supplier Development and Supplier Quality at the same company.

Before joining Lordstown Motors Corporation, Ram Kumar Bhanot worked at Techtronic Industries - TTI as the Director of Global Quality and Reliability Engineering. Ram Kumar also had a significant tenure at Webasto Group, where they held various roles such as Product Safety Officer for the Americas region and Regional Engineering Manager for Quality, Supplier Quality, Warranty, and Reliability.
