Hannah strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for each individual and believes in the importance of building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Hannah works holistically and is mindful of individual differences including culture, abilities, gender, and sexual orientations.
Hannah has a special interest in working with adults experiencing psychosis, trauma, personality disorders, depression, and anxiety. She has experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Hannah draws upon acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic concepts to help clients reach their goals. She recognizes that each individual has unique needs and she always allows space for a client to identify what is important to them. Hannah enjoys using humor with clients while working from trauma-informed and strengths-based lenses.
