Kimberley Holding has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Sparrows Group until 2012. Kimberley then joined Maersk Training as a Sales and Marketing Team Lead in 2013, followed by a role as a Learning & Development Generalist at Sparrows Group from 2014 to 2015. Kimberley then transitioned into recruitment at Brook Street as a Permanents Consultant from 2015 to 2016. Kimberley continued their career in apprenticeship account management at QA Apprenticeships from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Neatebox Limited, focusing on creating assistive technologies for individuals with specific accessibility requirements. Kimberley then joined SnapDragon Monitoring Ltd as a Business Development Manager from 2018 to 2020, where they fought against online counterfeiting. In 2020, Kimberley became the Head of Customer Relationships at ClearSky Logic, where they designed and implemented streamlined business processes. Most recently, in 2021, they worked as an Account Manager at Squiz. Currently, Kimberley is a Customer Account Lead at Lorien since 2022.

Kimberley Holding obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Dundee, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to their university education, they attended Arbroath Academy between 1997 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in April 2016.
