Kimberley Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kimberley began their career in 2004 as a Receptionist/Assistant at Staff Finders UK, where they managed the reception area and registered candidates. In 2005, they joined Kingston Communications as an Assistant to the Personal Assistant of CEO/CFO, later transitioning to work closely with the Strategic Director and Project Manager. Kimberley provided support and created plans and documents for the board and other directors of the company. In 2007, they started working at Lorien as a Senior Resourcer, specializing in IT services and working with clients in various sectors. Kimberley then progressed to the role of Account Manager - Corporate Accounts, where they managed contract clients and facilitated the full recruitment lifecycle. Later, they became a Senior Account Manager, showcasing their talent in technology, transformation, and telecom recruitment. Kimberley currently works at Lorien as a Delivery Lead and holds the position of Recruitment Business Partner at Guidant Global since 2021.

Kimberley Miller completed an apprenticeship at Impellam from 2020 to 2021, earning an NVQ in Team Leadership. In 2004 to 2005, they attended Hull College and obtained a BTEC in Business Administration Studies. Prior to that, they attended Hornsea Eastgate School and obtained their GCSEs.
