Randy Sloan

Randy Sloan has a strong background in the consumer healthcare industry. Randy began their career at Ciba Consumer Healthcare, where they worked for 12 years as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. During their time there, Sloan played a key role in growing the startup consumer division from $17 million in sales to over $300 million.

Sloan then joined PolyMedica Corp as a Group Executive-COO of Consumer Healthcare. Randy held this position for two years before moving on to Del Pharmaceuticals/Coty Inc, where they served as General Manager. In this role, Sloan was responsible for the development of marketing strategies, new product development, sales, and administration for a division worth over $100 million. Randy successfully doubled sales in the ten years they spent with the company, achieving significant profitability growth.

In 2008, Sloan became President of Lornamead, Inc. In this senior executive position, they oversaw all operations in the Americas for the global personal care manufacturer. Under their leadership, sales grew by 22% in stagnant categories, and EBITDA increased eightfold, creating substantial value for shareholders. Sloan achieved these results through improvements in sales planning, new product innovation, and a more efficient supply chain function.

Randy Sloan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania from 1974 to 1978. During their time there, they focused on the fields of Finance and Accounting. Randy then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they completed between 1978 and 1980.
