Leanne Nind has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Leanne is currently the Head of People, Culture & Community at Lort Smith since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at G4S in 2021. Leanne has also served as a Human Resources Consultant at Woolworths Supermarkets, providing support and guidance during a business transformation in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of General Manager Human Resources at Menarock LIFE, overseeing various HR functions and services. Earlier in their career, Leanne worked as an HR Manager at Central Land Council from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they had roles as an HR & Training Manager, HR, Training & Admin Manager, HR & Training Superintendent, and an HR Generalist and Training Supervisor in different organizations. Leanne started their career as an HR Generalist/Recruitment Specialist.

Leanne Nind obtained a Grad Cert in Organisational Change from Charles Sturt University in 2021. In 2017, they received First Aid training from St Johns. In 2016, they studied Human Resources Management at Charles Darwin University. Additionally, they completed a Diploma of Leadership & Management and a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Technology Transfer in 2016. In 2015, they obtained certification in MBTI Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from CPP Asia Pacific. Leanne also completed a Cert IV Training & Assessment TAE40110 from PFI Consulting in 2013. In 2011, they earned certification as a Lead Auditor for OHS Systems from SAI Global. Leanne's education history also includes a Diploma in Frontline Management from the Australian Institute of Management in 2008. Leanne obtained certification as a Coach & Mentor and completed a Cert IV in Business from the Australian Institute of Management in 2008 and 2007 respectively. In 2006, Leanne received Cert IV Training & Assessment from RMS.
