Melissa Lee

Melissa Lee is currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Compliance at Lort Smith, where Melissa is spearheading the development of a new animal hospital in North Melbourne. Prior to their current role, Melissa has held various leadership positions in government departments such as Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, and Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources. With a background in environmental science and a master's in environmental management, Melissa has a strong foundation in policy development and strategic governance.
