Randy Baker has extensive experience in the field of engineering and science, serving as a Guest Scientist and Technical Staff Member at Los Alamos National Laboratory since 1991. Prior to this role, Randy worked as an Officer in the US Army from 1982 to 1986, specializing as a Communications-Electronics Engineer in the Signal Corps. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Arizona, obtained from 1986 to 1990, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1982.
