Josh Steinberger

Josh Steinberger is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in homelessness services and healthcare operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Unsheltered Strategies at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, Josh oversees initiatives targeting unsheltered populations. Previously, as the Director of Programs at the East Oakland Community Project, Josh designed and managed an $11 million budget while supervising 50 staff members across various departments. Josh's background includes roles in operations management at ADx Healthcare, where oversight included COVID testing sites, and strategic management positions in community services and campaign organizations. Josh holds a Master's degree in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
