Lucy Lin has a diverse background in legal and contract management. With experience ranging from being an Attorney at Darling & Risbrough, LLP to their current role as Director of Contracts & Procurement at Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, Lucy has a wealth of experience in the field. Lucy has also held various managerial positions at First 5 Orange County and worked as a Lead Program Officer at First 5 LA. Lucy holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD in Law from the University of San Diego School of Law.
