Michael Pierce

Michael Pierce is an area scout for the Southeast and Eastern regions for the Los Angeles Rams. Prior to their current position, they were a runner for NFL Films and a scouting assistant for the Reese's Senior Bowl. Michael has also served as a football operations liaison for the Tennessee Titans and has aided in organization and implementation of several community outreach events, including the inaugural Middle School Football Showcase/Combine, 27th Annual Wells Fargo Charity Run, 3rd Annual Reese's Senior Bowl Youth Football Clinic, and 2nd Annual Regions Girls of Fall. Michael began their career in coaching as an assistant football coach at Bayside Academy from June 2008 to April 2014.

Michael Pierce has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Their manager is James Gladstone, Director, Scouting Strategy. They are on a team with Nicole Blake - Analyst, Scouting Strategy, Cedric Jones - Area Scout, Auxiliary, and Ryon Lynn - Scouting Assistant.
