Noel Grigsby, Jr. is the Social Justice & Football Development Coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams. Noel has always had a passion for giving back and helping others, which is what led him to their current position with the Rams.
Noel Grigsby, Jr. began their career in philanthropy with the Los Angeles Kings, where they helped implement their inaugural fundraising program. In just their first year with the team, Noel was able to raise over $50,000 for the Los Angeles Kings Foundation – an impressive feat that helped solidify their reputation as a top fundraiser in the city.
After a successful stint with the Kings, Noel went on to work for the Los Angeles Lakers where they once again excelled at raising money for the team’s foundation. In their one season with the Lakers, Noel was able to raise over $50,000 – once again surpassing expectations and proving their fundraising prowess.
Most recently, Noel worked as a freelance writer for the Long Beach Post before landing their current position with the Rams. In their role with the Rams, Noel is responsible for coordinating social justice initiatives and developing football programs that give back to the community. Thanks to Noel’s hard work and dedication, the Rams are making a positive impact on their community – one that will be felt for years to come.
Noel Grigsby, Jr. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Cerritos College.
They are on a team with Johnathan Franklin - Director, Social Justice and Football Development, Alex Floch - Mascot Manager, and Mo Streety - Coordinator, Youth Football. Noel Grigsby, Jr. reports to Molly Higgins, EVP, Community Impact & Engagement.
