Dean Hallett

Dean Hallett is an accomplished executive and consultant with extensive leadership experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as President of Hallett Leadership since 2018, Dean leverages prior roles at 20th Century Fox and Walt Disney Studios to enhance organizational cultures for diverse companies. Board positions include advisory roles at MyMarx, Comedy Caviar, and the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, as well as leadership roles at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and LA Promise Fund. Throughout a distinguished career, Dean has focused on strategic operations, talent development, financial optimization, and cultural transformation, preparing teams for agile, innovative environments while driving significant organizational change. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California.
