Gabe Ross

Gabe Ross serves as the Chief Strategy and Communications Officer for the Los Rios Community College District since November 2016, following a tenure as Chief Communications Officer for the Sacramento City Unified School District, where oversight included internal and external communications and strategic messaging for the 13th largest school district in California. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Media Relations for the Sacramento River Cats Baseball Club, managing public and media relations for a leading Minor League Baseball team, and serving as Public Relations Director for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Early career roles included Director of Media Relations at the Idaho Falls Padres Baseball Club, focusing on media relations and sales. Gabe Ross holds a BA in English and Communications from Tufts University.
