Radosław Sitek

Radosław Sitek holds extensive experience in strategic management within the aviation and transportation sectors, currently serving as Director and Head of Group Strategy at Polish Aviation Group and as Director and Head of Strategy at LOT Polish Airlines since March 2023. Previously, Radosław held key positions at LOT Polish Airlines, including Passenger Division Director and Transformation and Business Development Director, overseeing strategic projects, business development, and customer experience management. Radosław's career also includes leadership roles at PKP Intercity and consultancy at DGL Polska, where significant contributions were made to product strategy and operational performance. Radosław's academic background includes postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance and Project Management from Kozminski University, and a Master’s degree in Management & Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
