Aaron Sorensen PhD is a Partner at Lotis Blue Consulting, where since June 2010, Aaron has led the Business Transformation practice and serves as the Chief Behavioral Scientist. With extensive expertise in organization design, operating models, and people strategy, Aaron has a proven track record in revenue generation, firm leadership, and service line innovation, particularly among Private Equity, Mid-Market, and Fortune 500 clients across sectors such as Healthcare, Retail & Consumer, Insurance, and Manufacturing. Prior to Lotis Blue Consulting, Aaron held senior roles at Segal and Sibson Consulting, where collaboration with clients in various industries advanced organization design and talent strategy through data analytics. Aaron began career as an Associate Consultant at Halverson Group, focusing on performance improvement in retail and service environments. Aaron earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
