Jeniffer Hernandez

Jeniffer Hernandez is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and fashion design, currently serving as a Global Talent Partner at Lotka&Co since July 2022. Previously, Jeniffer worked at URBN, where roles included Creative Talent Acquisition and Product Development Coordinator for Anthropologie from February 2019 to July 2022. Jeniffer's earlier experience includes positions as a Fashion/Technical Designer at Hallmark Cards and a Design Intern at McCubbin. Jeniffer also completed a Fashion Design Internship at Ulla Johnson Inc and worked as a Supplementary Instructor for Textiles at Oklahoma State University. In addition, a Marketing Communications Internship was held at AcrobatAnt. Jeniffer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising with minors in Marketing and Visual Arts from Oklahoma State University, complemented by studies at Florence University of the Arts in 2016.
