Business Strategy at LOTTE chemical

Sangmin Lee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2020 to the present, they have worked at LOTTE chemical, where they have been involved in business strategy and application development. In the role of Business Strategy in the Battery Materials Division, their responsibilities include identifying new business investment and partnership opportunities, supporting M&A activities through due diligence, and assisting in the establishment and management of oversees subsidiaries. In the Application Development role for the Polymer Application Development Team, Sangmin conducted market research, developed new markets and clients, communicated with customers for new projects, provided technical solutions, and managed major accounts in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, Sangmin has worked as a Translator at CJ HealthCare Corp. in 2015 and as a Research Intern at DGIST, where they conducted molecular modeling simulations for renewable energy projects in 2013.

Sangmin Lee studied Chemical Engineering at UCLA from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Santa Monica College from 2008 to 2010 and majored in Computer Science.
