Maria Galizio

Maria Galizio began their work experience as a Personal Assistant at Allison Systems in 2010. Maria directly assisted the President of the company, handling business and social needs, and planning events. Maria worked there until August 2013.

In 2014, Maria worked as an Intern at Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club, where they provided support to the Club Event Coordinator. Their responsibilities included handling customer tours, managing reservations, and assisting with weddings and special events. This position lasted from June to August 2014.

During 2015, Maria was a Barista at Cafe Laura. Their responsibilities included serving coffee and other beverages to customers. Maria worked there until September 2016.

In 2016, Maria worked as an Event Assistant and Banquet Server at Clarks Landing Marina. Their role involved assisting with events and providing banquet services. Maria worked at Clarks Landing Marina from May to August 2016.

In 2017, Maria began working at two different companies. Firstly, they worked as an Activities Coordinator at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from April to June 2017. Secondly, they worked as a Culinary Administrative Assistant at Lotte New York Palace from June 2017 to September 2018.

At Lotte New York Palace, Maria advanced to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they worked from September 2018 to February 2021. After that, they became the Assistant Director of Human Resources in March 2021, and their employment there continues.

Maria Galizio attended Penn State University from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management. Maria did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their college education, Maria has obtained certifications in areas such as CHIA from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, Certified Wedding Planner from The Bridal Society, and Serv Safe from the National Restaurant Association.
