Hermet Park

Hermet Park is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering, web services, and platform development. Currently serving as Principal R&D Engineer at LottieFiles since May 2023, Hermet leads efforts in Motion Design and Graphics R&D. As the Open Source Founder of Thor Vector Graphics, Hermet oversees the ThorVG project, a lightweight vector-based rendering engine. Previous roles include Senior Engine Engineer at KRAFTON Inc., where enhancements to PUBG live service performance were implemented, and Principal Engineer at Samsung Electronics, leading Tizen UI & Graphics development for various products. Notable contributions also include a decade as Open Source Maintainer for the Enlightenment Project, focusing on GUI libraries.
