Carrie Lau

Carrie Lau is an experienced account manager currently serving as the Account Manager for Biscoff SEA at Lotus Bakeries since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carrie worked as Regional Sales Manager for International Business at Tchibo from October 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included sales and distribution management of Davidoff and Tchibo coffee products across Asia. Earlier experience includes serving as Export Sales Manager at Amoy Food Limited from March 2012 to September 2017, focusing on sales and distribution management of cooking sauces and frozen foods in North America and Asia. Carrie also held the position of Sales Manager in the Branded Products Division at Hong Kong Maxim's Group from March 2007 to March 2012, managing sales and distribution of seasonal delicacies and gifting products in China, North America, Australia, and Europe. Educationally, Carrie holds a Master of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Leeds.
